2.⁠ ⁠You may contact us within 6 hours from the purchase date if you wish to exchange your purchase for a product of equal or lesser value. If you choose to exchange your purchase for an item of lesser value, there will be no refund for the difference in price.

3. You can not exchange your purchase once the item has arrived.

4. If you need to return the product(s) due to quality issues, we will certainly bear the shipping fee for the returns. If that is not the case, you have to bear the cost of shipping the item(s) to our warehouse and along with the customs fee in your country and customs fee in Indonesia.
